Grounded in the principles of care, trust and service, and consisting of in-house food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, our Stay Safe, Stay Well initiative is designed specifically to ensure a continued focus on your health and safety and those of our team members.
Effective March 15, 2023, Wellspring Manor & Spa will suspend our COVID-19 policy requiring that all overnight guests be fully vaccinated and provide proof of such upon check-in. Out of consideration for other guests, we do ask that if you are showing any signs of illness (coughing, fever, sore throat, body aches, etc.) that you refrain from making a reservation until such time you are well.
From our contactless check-in to our paperless, contact-free check-out, we’re focused on ensuring your safety during your stay at Wellspring. To ensure your comfort and safety, we are:
Cleaning surfaces -- light switches, door handles, bannisters, TV remotes and more – multiple times each day using EPA approved products
Elevating our sanitation protocols to thoroughly clean all in-suite and common space surfaces with commercial-grade disinfectants.
Providing disinfecting wipes and complimentary face masks for your use, as requested.
Cleaning and sterilizing all linens and towels at 160°F (71°C), based on CDC standards for cleanliness.
Our Stay Safe, Stay Well protocols go beyond The Manor and include The Spa Sanctuary, The Barn and the pool. Each of these areas will be cleaned with the same frequency and vigor as The Manor to ensure your health and safety.
