Experience true luxury at Wellspring Manor & Spa. Guests are welcomed to our 5,000+ square foot retreat located on a 7-acre, wooded estate in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, just 15 miles from the Nation’s Capital.

Our beautifully appointed master bedroom suite features a luxurious king-sized canopy bed, deluxe soaking-tub bath, spa shower, and sitting room with fireplace. The Alexander Suite features a triple (manor, pool & patio)view. Comfortably sleeps two.
The Angelou Suite ($459-489/night)
Inspired by author, poet and civil rights activist, Maya Angelou, our second largest suite features a queen-sized bed with an elegant, oversized spa bathroom/sitting room. This suite features a dual view (manor & patio). Comfortably sleeps two.
The Serenity Suite ($369-399/night)
Designed for the guest seeking to unplug from the world for ultimate tranquility, this intimate, technology-free, queen-bed suite features a soothing, serene theme with a great view of our patio and sound therapy device aimed at stimulating relaxation with the sounds of nature. Perfect for the traveler seeking a cozy respite from the stresses of life. Comfortably sleeps two.
The Chavez Suite ($469-529/night)
Traveling as a group or with a companion? The Chavez Suite offers guests a richly appointed green, gold and white themed accommodations with two full-size beds and an en suite spa-inspired bathroom with shower. Featuring a triple (manor, pool & patio) view, this suite is on our third floor and requires physical mobility to walk two flights of stairs. Comfortably sleeps four.
The Lin Suite ($429-449/night)
In the Chinese culture, the color red corresponds with fire and symbolizes good fortune and joy. The Lin Suite features a charcoal grey, white and red themed design, offers queen-sized bed occupancy suite and has its own en suite spa-inspired bathroom. Boasting a triple (manor, pool & patio) view, the Lin Suite is on our third floor and requires physical mobility to walk two flights of stairs. Comfortably sleeps two.
