Check-in is any time between 3 pm and 6 pm. Late arrivals are available by arrangement only. Please contact us directly at Wellspring Manor & Spa for such arrangements.

Check-Out Time

Check-out is 12 noon.

Deposits, Cancellation and No-Show Policy

When making a reservation, a deposit equal to your first night’s stay will be applied to your credit card.

  • Cancellations made more than fourteen days prior to arrival will be refunded in full less $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within seven (7) days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s rate. 
  • Deposits for special events, including weddings, retreats and family reunions, require a deposit of 50% of the total event rental fee to secure your date. Final payment will be required two weeks prior to your event. Cancellation requests will be honored provided that they are made no less than 60 days prior to the date of the event. A $250 cancellation fee will apply.

Additional Guests
Room rates are based on double occupancy and allow for a maximum of two guests. Additional overnight adult guests are not permitted. Children under the age of 10 are permitted to stay in guest rooms at no additional charge. Cots are available upon request.


We serve breakfast between 8:00 – 10:00 am, Monday through Friday and 9:00 -11:00 am Saturdays and Sundays. In addition to traditional breakfast offerings, Wellspring Manor & Spa also offers vegetarian, vegan, organic and gluten-free options. To allow us to prepare for your stay, dietary accommodation requests must be submitted during the reservation process. On-site requests will be accommodated wherever possible but cannot be guaranteed. Please note that we are a pork-free destination and do not serve pork-based products. 


The Spa Sanctuary, Wellspring’s first-rate spa facility is reserved for the exclusive use of our overnight guests. In room spa treatments may be scheduled for an additional $50 per person with a credit card guarantee. Outdoor and/or pool-side spa treatments are available (weather permitting) during the months of May through September only. Gratuities are not included in treatment fees. Guests are encouraged to book spa treatments at the time of making guest room reservations. All reservations require a deposit. While every effort will be made to accommodate guest requests, spa reservations should be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance; cancellations made within 48 hours of treatment are are subject to being charged the full amount of the service. 


Wellspring offers one complimentary parking space per guest room from 3 pm on the day of check-in until 12 noon on the day of check out. Additional parking is available on a very limited basis. Guests traveling in groups are encouraged to carpool during their stays.

Guest Passes

If you wish to have outside guests visit with you during your stay at Wellspring, day passes are available at the rate of $150 per person. (Limited to a maximum of two people per overnight guest and are available for one-time use.) Day passes grant outside guests with access to Wellspring Manor & Spa’s amenities including complimentary parking, afternoon snack and beverage service, access to our entertainment amenities, and use of the pool. Spa services are reserved exclusively for overnight guests and not available for guest pass holders. Guests passes do not include breakfast service and may only be used during the hours of 3 pm to 8 pm. Day pass guests must vacate the premises after 8 pm. Day passes must be purchased a minimum of 24 hours in advance of arrival and do not include refunds for no-shows.

Maximum Stays

Guest stays are available for a maximum of 14 consecutive days. Returning guests are often eligible for our Loyal Guest Program. See any of the Wellspring Manor & Spa staff for additional details.

Wellspring is a pet-free property. Pets are not permitted on the grounds at any time. 

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase at Wellspring’s Spa Sanctuary in denominations of $50, $100, $200 or $300.

Smoking Policy

Wellspring Manor & Spa is centered on principles of health and wellness. Accordingly smoking of any kind in guest rooms, common areas and on the grounds of the property is strictly prohibited. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed to any room where evidence of guests’ smoking is found.

We are constantly expanding the services that we offer to our guests. Although we make every effort to keep our website updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

At Wellspring Manor & Spa, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard your personal information both on and offline.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address.
